Honeyed freshness is a pleasing oxymoron, all the more so since it doubles up with notes of Menton lemon for tonicity. On the palate, while the bubbles are present, they awaken an opulent body with notes of date honey. Intense richness for this sunny vintage that deserves a little more freshness and tension. But let's give it time.

This cooperative was created in 1947 at the instigation of Henri Blin, in association with 28 winegrowers. Today, the cooperative groups together more than a hundred winegrowers covering 110 ha. Most of the vines are located in the Marne valley, and around 70% are dedicated to Pinot Meunier. Recently, part of the production has been certified organic. Sébastien Barbier, the cellar master, oversees sales of some 500,000 bottles a year.
