Benjamin Bajeux, chef of Le Balsamique (2 toques), and Steven Ramon, among others, made the right choice in selecting Olivier Vandromme's bread for their restaurant. A talented young baker with a reputation throughout the region for his sourdough baguettes and organic breads. Involved not only in Mange Lille, but also as co-creator of Talents de Fermes, he is helping to stimulate the obvious growth in quality produce in the Lille area.
