A former tobacconist, Dominique Huss converted to heliciculture in 2001. A few hectares of land above Orbey, a few tips gleaned from a few colleagues, and he is now the one who trains the (rare) young people wishing to enter the profession. The region's top chefs (including Olivier Nasti and Julien Binz) buy their produce here. Sales on site, but also at nearby markets. Make an appointment in advance on the website.
