Once in the store, let the well-trained team, including a professional barista, give you their expert advice on which bean to choose: Blue Mountain, Yrgacheffe from Ethiopia, Arabicas from Colombia, Cameroon, Mexico... Or perhaps one of the limited editions, chosen at random according to the roaster's moods, such as a cru from Rwanda, Sumatra or India. Tasting on site.
