From February 12 to 14, 2025, the Palais Brongniart will be the place to be for rum professionals. Discover an exceptional program with the participation of Gault&Millau.

The Mondial du Rhum is set to take over Paris, transforming the Palais Brongniart into the global epicenter of this emblematic beverage. For three days, the event will bring together the industry's most influential players, from producers to mixologists to enthusiasts, to celebrate and shape the future of rum.

A rich and varied program

Much more than just a trade show, the Mondial du Rhum offers total immersion in the world of rum. Visitors can attend themed conferences on current industry issues, take part in interactive workshops and enjoy exclusive tastings. Here are just a few highlights:
