Chocolate factory
The company will celebrate its 30th anniversary in November 2023. Founded by a Franco-Belgian couple at the time, the business was taken over in 2010 by Éric Oger, who has naturally retained all the (excellent) habits and manufacturing methods of his predecessors, while adding his own personal touch. The chocolate factory is open to visitors free of charge, giving them an opportunity to see the master chocolatier at work, and of course to do a little shopping. Ganaches with Espelette chilli (a local must!), daring liquorice ganaches or more consensual salted butter caramel ganaches all stand out for their well-balanced flavours.
