Bakery Sami Bouattour and his wife, whom we met in Paris, moved to Crozon at the end of 2021 to open their new bakery. The recipes are still the same, 0% mix, 100% homemade, for this baker (former manager of a top Parisian restaurant) who had won, in 2017, the prize for the best baguette in Paris.
