Winemaker
After careers in aeronautics and management, Pierre-Étienne and Charlotte Serey decided to change their lives and take over this old estate in the south of Bergerac. The elegant twenty-three-hectare vineyard has been farmed organically since 2010, producing a dozen grape varieties on clay-limestone slopes. Eleven cuvées are on offer, including "le chenin de Compostelle" and "Fruissance", made from merlot and malbec.
