Bakery
The bakery looks good, with its Art Deco facade, and the bread rolls, viennoiseries and cakes have an attractive window display. The basic products are sought-after, the breads well-worked, the tourte de meule, the house specialty made with sourdough, is made with millstone flour, and its house creation, the "Confidence", is a pastry made with blackcurrant seeds, glazed with lemon.
