Today run by Laurence Abgrall, this store founded in 1976 is a benchmark in the sector, with its wide variety of cheeses, well-kept stalls and meticulous sourcing. The brand works with hand-picked producers, including comtés from fromagerie Marcel Petites and reblochons from Maison Paccard. Also on offer are mountain tommes, semi-cooked cheeses (alpine Gruyère, Appenzeller etc.) and more local products, such as Ouessant tomme.
