With six stores in the greater Nantes area, one in Japan and a restaurant project with Matthieu Pérou in Sucé, the great Nantes pastry chef and chocolatier is on a roll. In Talensac, the man who describes himself as an "agitator of taste buds" offers a beautiful display of his many chocolate creations, desserts to share (Délice, Daddy cool, Absolu...) and individual cakes, macaroons and viennoiseries, and beautiful galettes de rois in January.
