Christophe Hay opens a pastry kiosk in Orléans

Christophe Hay opens a pastry kiosk in Orléans

Mathilde Bourge | 3/11/25, 5:37 PM

Christophe Hay is expanding his empire and will open Le Kiosque in early summer 2025 in Orléans, a counter offering patisserie, bakery, snacking and delicatessen products.

It's an announcement that will delight sweet tooths: Christophe Hay is preparing to open a new gourmet address in Orléans. Christened "Le Kiosque", this space dedicated to patisserie and bakery will take its place in the former André store on Place du Martroi, an emblematic location close to the chef's heart.

Already at the helm of Fleur de Loire (4 toques) in Blois and La Table d'à Côté (3 toques) in Ardon, Christophe Hay continues his commitment to gastronomy inspired by the land and the seasons.

A unique concept, combining tradition and innovation

After testing his pastry kiosk concept in Blois, Christophe Hay is now bringing it to Orléans, with a few new features. It won't be a classic patisserie where everything is frozen behind glass, but a place with a diversified, top-of-the-range offer.

You'll be able to discover pastries by Jean-Louis Chiericato, the group's head pastry chef, as well as breads and viennoiseries realized by Franck Collas, also a panettone specialist, who will be offering variations on the famous Italian cake.

Le Kiosque will also house a delicatessen with a selection of local products, including a craft beer created especially for the store, as well as top-of-the-range savoury snacks at lunchtime.

Le Kiosque" is due to open by June 2025. The 12-strong team is already in place, and work is expected to progress rapidly. The place will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 8am to 7pm, offering customers the chance to settle in on the spot in a warm setting.

With "Le Kiosque", Christophe Hay once again confirms his commitment to authentic, accessible gastronomy. An unmissable future rendezvous for gourmets and lovers of fine culinary creations.
