Philippe Conticini's ephemeral millefeuille bar lets you compose your own millefeuille. From March 15 to 16, 2025, for a 100% personalized experience.

After the toasted croissant bar, the profiterole bar and the choux bar, Philippe Conticini continues to reinvent the personalized pastry experience with a new ephemeral concept: the Millefeuille minute bar. Over the course of a weekend, puff pastry enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a fully personalized millefeuille, assembled right before their eyes, in the store.

The program includes a crisp, inverted puff pastry, a creamy vanilla custard, and a selection of fillings and toppings for an even more gourmet experience.

A tailor-made composition

While the essential inverted puff pastry and vanilla pastry cream remain the basis of this dessert, anyone can create their own variation. The millefeuille can be personalized in two stages. Three fillings are available: classic caramel, exotic caramel and praline fondant. To add even more texture and indulgence, several toppings can be added to complete the creation, such as caramelized almonds and hazelnuts, salted butter caramel chips, or mango-passion crispies. Each millefeuille is assembled by the minute to ensure a subtle balance between crunchiness and fondant. It's an experience that allows you to enjoy this classic French pastry in a totally personalized version.

An ephemeral event not to be missed

The millefeuille bar will only be available for two days, March 15 and 16, in two of Philippe Conticini's Paris boutiques. To avoid the wait and be sure to pick up the desired version, pre-ordering is highly recommended, on the chef's website, in the "bar minute" tab.

On March 15, 2025, the event will be held in the 16th arrondissement boutique, at 42 Rue de l'Annonciation, from 9am to 5pm. Located not far from the Trocadéro, it's the perfect opportunity for a stroll with a view of the Eiffel Tower, or a break in the Ranelagh garden. On March 16, the bar will be set up in the Boulogne-Billancourt boutique, at 1 Boulevard Jean Jaurès, from 9am to 1pm. just a stone's throw from the Bois de Boulogne or the Parc de Edmond de Rothschild, where you can enjoy a verdant setting with a lake and a château, this millefeuille can be enjoyed in a calm setting, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
