Easter at Le Meurice with a unique egg hunt

Easter at Le Meurice with a unique egg hunt

Nell Giroir | 3/18/25, 5:45 PM

For the first time, Le Meurice is organizing its very first egg hunt, designed by Cédric Grolet. Entertainment and treats are on the agenda for young and old alike. See you on April 19, 2025.

Easter is approaching, and with it the traditional egg hunt! This year, Le Meurice inaugurates its very first egg hunt, designed by Cédric Grolet. On April 19, 2025, the palace opens its doors to families for an afternoon of gourmet fun. Games, entertainment and chocolate treats will be on the program to celebrate Easter in an exceptional setting.

An experience designed with children in mind...

In the salons of Le Meurice, children are the guests of honor at this unique egg hunt. Taken care of by professional entertainers, they'll start the afternoon with a snack of sugar brioche and fresh fruit juice. Then it's on to the fun workshops: egg and shortbread decorating, before the big treasure hunt. Cédric Grolet's chocolate fritures - a blend of chocolate and hazelnut praline - are hidden in the background, waiting to be unearthed.

... And for parents too!

While the kids are having fun, parents are not left out. A sweet break is offered with a selection of sweets by Cédric Grolet. On the menu: sugar brioche, chocolate "Big-Brest", chips and a hot or cold drink. An opportunity to enjoy a moment of relaxation while keeping an eye on their little explorers.

  • Price: 65 euros per adult, 35 euros per child (4 to 10 years)
  • When is the event? Saturday, April 19, 2025, two slots: 2 - 3:30 p.m. and 4 - 5:30 p.m
  • Registration by email LeDali.LMP@dorchestercollection.com or by phone 01 44 58 10 44

Easter eggs to go

To prolong the pleasure, or for those unable to attend the event, the chef has created a collection of trompe-l'œil Easter eggs. Hazelnut, almond, peanut, pod and pecan, each piece conceals a crunchy praline made from the fruit in question beneath its chocolate shell. These creations will be available for pre-order from March 26.
