Gourmet Restaurant It's not so unexpected, this moment at Marc Boissieux's, since he's been delighting the neighborhood with the same regularity. What's certain is that, at lunch or dinner, the quality is there, and without adding frills, the result is conclusive: with crayfish scallops or beef tataki and canut brains, with mushroom and sweet potato barbecued onglet or textured trout with celery and goat's cheese dried fruit. Good evening formulas, tiered according to the number of courses, start at €39, and a small, classic wine cellar with good references (Villard, Robin, Thévenet...).
