Gourmet Restaurant First and foremost, it's the magnificent setting of a private mansion where Napoleon signed the Paix des Dames, and where the Demarcq family now offers gourmet cuisine. The location is no stranger to overall pleasure, with its well-preserved historic style, Hungary-stitch parquet flooring, beautiful woodwork and marble fireplace, and old-fashioned sideboards. On the plate, the work of Patrice and Antoine Demarcq, father and son, revisits traditions: declinaison of peas, fresh goat's cheese and egg at 63°C, parmesan cream, warm brioche and truffle butter, trou normand, herb sorbet and tomato water, beef fillet with truffle essence. Classic desserts.
