Original Restaurant Next to Croix Rousse station, this elegant restaurant, with its taupe walls and hanging chandeliers, offers eclectic, accessible market cuisine by Frédéric Therriaud. The execution is up to scratch, and we'd recommend the rabbit leglet with rosemary and apricot chutney, the grilled hake mustard with turmeric butter and caper flowers, the very French rouelles of free-range poultry thighs stuffed with snails and foie gras, vegetable herb emulsion, and the traditional crème brûlée. Excellent service.
