Original Restaurant The cellar, a cheerful extension of the table, is more upbeat and cool, with little pleasures to nibble on and great pins to discover. Here, glass plays the starring role, with some fine names on the bill: Jean-François Ganevat, Jean-Claude Lapalu, Selosse, Sébastien Riffault, Fanny Sabre and Hervé Souhaut, to be accompanied by marbled piglet ham, white asparagus with lemon and caper mayonnaise, or new carrots with wild garlic and zaatar oil.
