A delicate nose of almond, caramel and dried apricot. There's also a hint of iodine that lets you escape and enjoy the sea spray. On the palate, the wine is greedy, ripe yet fresh. The bubbles are fine, yet generous. The finish takes us to the foothills of walnut and hazelnut trees. A cuvée to be enjoyed on any occasion, from aperitif to dessert.
