The ripeness of the vintage is evident from the very first aromas, which reveal ripe yellow fruit (apricot, nectarine), candied bitter orange zest and more gourmet, pastry-like notes of licorice crème brûlée and dried mango. The straightforwardness of the material is supported by a framework of controlled acidity. Well-balanced citrus notes follow through to a tangy, saline finish.

Descended from two Champagne winegrowing families, Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard have been cultivating 16 hectares of vines since 1996, on terroirs suited to their needs: pinot meunier on the right bank of the Marne valley (Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil...), grand cru chardonnay at Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, and premier cru pinot noir at Vertus. Convinced of the benefits of wine tourism, the family owns a wine cellar on the Avenue de Champagne, and offers limousine tours and helicopter flights upon reservation.
