This cuvée is 80% from the 2014 vintage, with pinot noir dominating and a good proportion of chardonnay too. The bubbles are fine and lively in the glass. The champagne is slightly greenish-gold in color. The nose is fine, with a framework in which fruit is king (apple, pear, peach, mirabelle plum) complemented by notes of floral honey, brioche and white pepper. All in all, quite complex. In the mouth, the bubbles stick to the palate, bringing freshness to the wine. The finish is stricter and more mineral. This champagne is ideal for a dinner for two, with a fine fish, turbot in hollandaise sauce, for example.

Lallier was founded in 1906 in Aÿ, one of the region's few villages classified as a Grand Cru. Its name embodies the noble heritage of Champagne. Lallier is a modern, well-respected house, drawing on renowned vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions. Its distinctive winemaking philosophy aims to highlight the identity of the terroir, the ultimate expressions of which are its flagship product, "Réflexion R", and its handcrafted prestige cuvée, "Ouvrage". Dominique Demarville, an experienced cellar master and Lallier General Manager since 2021, embodies the new spirit of the house, whose champagnes are distributed in France by Campari.
