A vintage with a classic blend for the region: equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the time-honored 2012 vintage. On opening, the wine is tightly wound, before developing fine notes of stone fruit, vine peaches, cake and dried fruit with aeration. On the palate, the champagne offers a structure and power worthy of the vintage, with well-preserved fruitiness and greater length than other cuvées. This wine seems to have great potential for evolution. Open with a land-sea dish, such as filet mignon with clams.

In Landreville, on the Côte des Bar, the Royer family, winegrowers for several generations, cultivate their 25 ha of vines on Kimmeridgian terroirs in the Ource valley. Harvesting and handling, the estate vinifies only its own grapes. Only two grape varieties, pinot noir and chardonnay, are used in the blends. The wide range of champagnes is very clear to the consumer, and all are particularly seductive. Réserve, Rosé, Prestige, Blanc de blancs, Nature and Vintage satisfy a wide range of tastes. The domaine welcomes visitors and offers an online boutique on its website for direct ordering of cuvées.
