The bakery nose is lifted by lightly cooked, creamy stone fruits, salted caramel and cake spices. The palate resembles liquid gingerbread, with spices (ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, star anise) and zesty citrus. With good intensity, this cuvée is invigoratingly fresh, tasty and long-lasting.

Winegrowers for three generations, the Thévenet-Delouvin family has invested in two terroirs in the Marne valley, covering some 9 hectares, including 7 hectares of Pinot Meunier, to blend grapes from the right and left banks. Isabelle joined her husband, Xavier Thévenet, on the farm in 2005. Certified HVE (haute valeur environnementale) level 3 and VDC (viticulture durable en Champagne), the estate offers a gîte as well as guest accommodation in a renovated vineyard hut. New coteaux-champenois cuvées were launched in 2023.
