Behind the Monsieur Chocolat brand are Jean-Marc Hué and Keiko Orihara, four skilled hands and a multitude of original, subtle chocolates. Grapefruit and milk chocolate ganache, dark chocolate and yuzu ganache, but also chocolates with caramelized almonds or soft dried apricots finely dipped in chocolate.
