Gourmet Restaurant Face à la gare, le voyageur pourra découvrir la cuisine simple et juste de Pascal Buguet. Le classicisme certain et assumé se ressent dans les assiettes : l'œuf meurette à la texture parfaite et sa sauce onctueuse pousse à redemander du pain pour ne pas en perdre une goutte. La canette en pot au feu, le quasi de veau de l'Aveyron ou le cabillaud rôti au beurre d'Etrez ont une place de choix sur la carte qui sent bon la gourmandise. En dessert, les pruneaux pochés au vin font croquer un morceau de terroir. Accueil sans faille de Chantal Buguet, cave de beaujolais bien fournie.
