Roundness is evident from the very first notes, with flowers (lime blossom, elderberry), redcurrant, white-fleshed fruit and brioche. These sensations are echoed in the slender body, where the dosage adds a buttery touch. The palate is suave and the fruit remains firmly in place through to an elegant finish.

This cooperative was created in 1947 at the instigation of Henri Blin, in association with 28 winegrowers. Today, the cooperative groups together more than a hundred winegrowers covering 110 ha. Most of the vines are located in the Marne valley, and around 70% are dedicated to Pinot Meunier. Recently, part of the production has been certified organic. Sébastien Barbier, the cellar master, oversees sales of some 500,000 bottles a year.
