This Vintage 2015 is a blanc de blancs delivering delectable, uncluttered power. It combines spicy, mature white fruit and pastry-like citrus fruits with springtime floral notes. On the palate, the pleasure is greedy. Tender, homogeneous, sensual chewiness. Perfect as an aperitif or with grilled lobster fillets and ginger sabayon.

The Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne center is an impressive success story: some 6,000 producers grouped into 84 cooperatives, covering almost 3,000 ha (9% of the Champagne delimited area). Located in Chouilly and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, this large unit produces a total of 25 million bottles, under the supervision of Guillaume Roffiaen. Nicolas Feuillatte is quite simply the best-selling brand in France. It has joined forces with CRVC (Coopérative régionale des vins de Champagne), which owns the fine Castelnau range, to create Terroirs & Vignerons de Champagne, which also includes Abelé 1757 and Maison Henriot.
