Elegance and generosity define the olfaction of this vintage rosé. Barrel ageing and dosage at 8 g/l give this cuvée charisma. Intense coppery rosé color announces a nose of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant). Notes of gingerbread and vanilla complete the aromatic palette. The expressive palate displays all its gourmet finery on kirsch cherry. The finish is silky. Enjoy as an aperitif or at the end of a meal, or with poularde de Houdan with crayfish.

The Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne center is an impressive success story: some 6,000 producers grouped into 84 cooperatives, covering almost 3,000 ha (9% of the Champagne delimited area). Located in Chouilly and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, this large unit produces a total of 25 million bottles, under the supervision of Guillaume Roffiaen. Nicolas Feuillatte is quite simply the best-selling brand in France. It has joined forces with CRVC (Coopérative régionale des vins de Champagne), which owns the fine Castelnau range, to create Terroirs & Vignerons de Champagne, which also includes Abelé 1757 and Maison Henriot.
