At first glance, the wine reveals an intense grenadine color with tiled highlights. A basket of raspberries and mara des bois strawberries occupies the first nose with its juiciness and greediness. A Pinot Noir in all its majesty, very charming but elegant, with scents of faded rose, almost lipstick. The palate retains an intense freshness, relayed by creamy bubbles and a chalky, chewy feel. A satiny texture and a slightly acidic finish, with salty, salivating notes, make up a superb, full-bodied, powerful wine that takes you on a journey back in time.

The Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne center is an impressive success story: some 6,000 producers grouped into 84 cooperatives, covering almost 3,000 ha (9% of the Champagne delimited area). Located in Chouilly and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, this large unit produces a total of 25 million bottles, under the supervision of Guillaume Roffiaen. Nicolas Feuillatte is quite simply the best-selling brand in France. It has joined forces with CRVC (Coopérative régionale des vins de Champagne), which owns the fine Castelnau range, to create Terroirs & Vignerons de Champagne, which also includes Abelé 1757 and Maison Henriot.
